The Deidesheim-based trading and consulting company KIRKS Total Wine was founded in 2005 by Kirk Bauer as a sole proprietorship.

The spectrum of services offered ranges from oenological consulting to innovative winery technology. In addition to a wide range of barrique and tonneaux barrels from various manufacturers, the company offers a comprehensive selection of accessories, products for barrel cleaning and cellar hygiene, wood adjuncts (chips, blocks and staves) and selected oenological products, as well as special containers made of concrete and ceramic.

The digitization of the wine industry has always been a heartfelt desire of the KTW team. In this area, we are constantly working and developing new, innovative concepts. A number of digital projects have already been implemented that greatly benefit the wine industry.
