The Deidesheim-based trading and consulting company KIRKs Total Wine was founded in 2005 by Kirk Bauer as a sole proprietorship.

KIRKs Total Wine specializes in providing comprehensive consulting solutions for the wine and beverage industry, integrating expert advice with state-of-the-art beverage technology. With an international team, we bring a wealth of expertise and diverse perspectives to every project in the beverage sector. Our consulting services are tailored to meet the unique needs of wineries and other beverage industries worldwide. We have successfully established markets in numerous European countries and beyond, including Australia. We offer a wide portfolio that includes specialized oenological products, analytical services, tasting consultations, barrique and tonneaux, diverse accessories, barrel cleaning and cellar hygiene products, premium oak alternatives, and jars and containers crafted from stoneware, earthenware, porcelain, concrete, and stainless steel.
